Our specialty butchers makes sausages, stir-fry mixes, gourmet roasts and marinaded products on site daily. For the discerning meat lovers, we offer a dry-age cabinet where pure bred Wagyu beef is hung to age amid Himalayan salt bricks to enhance the flavour and preservation qualities of these incredible cuts.
